Welcome to the APX Unified Call List Builder

This utility can assist programmers who already have APX Unified Call List and system Hot List data in a spreadsheet or other similar format, to quickly and easily build an XML import file that will allow the data to be imported into APX CPS without manual data entry.

Click Here to download a sample spreadsheet for formatting the data prior to copy & pasting into this tool. It includes instructions on what data to enter. Any spreadsheet or other data source can be used, as long as you can copy it into the tool in a tabbed-delimited format. The format/field names for the Systems and UCL tables are described below each input area.

Section 3: Hot List Tables

Each list that is being used requires an alias. If no list alias is provided, a default (LIST 2, LIST 3, etc) will be provided. The data for each list is comprised of a list of entries from the UCL, one per line, and is entered in the box below the alias box. These entries are the same format & field order as the UCL, note that the script will accept, as a delimeter, either a tab or the extended ASCII dash character used by the spreadsheet.
